Who says kids should have all the fun?!  EXERCISE Your Mind by signing up for adult summer reading at any SMPL location.  You’ll receive a book bag, fitness journal (while supplies last) and a participation form.  Record three books you read or listen to or library program you attend this summer and turn in your registration card by the August 20th to be entered in a drawing for bookstore gift cards with two grand prizes of Fitbits.

Adult summer reading is one of the many ways that Santa Monica Public Library is your Vibrant Learning Center.  The adult summer reading series features a variety of programs including author talks, concerts, staged readings, a scrabble club and movie screenings.  Check the Library Calendar of Events for more details.  As in past years, the Main Library will feature the popular Blind Date with a Book lobby display.  Remember adults 18+ who complete and submit an EXERCISE Your Mind participation form are eligible to win one of several exciting prizes.  Don’t miss out!
